2025 festival pass Holder Check-In details

You must check-in and pick up your Festival Pass prior to attending performances. Pick up your Festival Pass and Festival Program at the Lake Chelan Community Center located at 103 Bighorn Way, Chelan, WA 98816

Thursday 5/15, 2pm - 6pm

Friday 5/16, 11am - 5pm

Saturday 5/17, 11am - 3pm
